Full document tracking and action auditing facilities are also included which meet all types of regulatory requirements for industry governing bodies. Every document and piece of paper can be tracked around the system without the need to enter indexing information.

No time-consuming indexing of data is required. Recent independent studies have shown filing in Volume™ and Papercloud Elite is on average 5 times quicker than standard index-based systems.

All software upgrades and support are free for life. All data is held securely inside a modern advanced database system. There are NO external files. High spec OCR allows for full text search on scanned documents as well as emails, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, etc. Auto-page rotation is included as standard.

It looks like a filing cabinet drawer complete with tabs on hanging files. All documents can be dragged and dropped directly into the right folder and one is able to read through the entire file at once. Not one document at a time.
